I bring over 30 years of business experience to my work, having had multiple roles in the finance, corporate, and real estate worlds prior to my career in coaching. These strengths, coupled with my ability to optimize processes and people, led to a career of positive outcomes.

I am able to listen to and communicate with executives and employees clearly because of the depth of my business experience, enabling me to relate to individuals regardless of specific role or division.
